Boat Ride Offers the Opportunity to See Nassau's Harbour and Other Islands

You get the opportunity to have a boat ride on our large, high-speed, double-decker catamarans through Nassau's historic harbour over to Blue Lagoon Island. The scenic ride includes great views of Nassau, Paradise Island and best yet an unspoiled private island far away from hotels or other buildings.

If you're still looking for things to do in the Bahamas with your kids this summer – look no further. Seaventure Camp is sure to please kids of all ages. Dolphin Encounters on Blue Lagoon Island is near Nassau, Bahamas, so if you're on a family vacation or a Bahamas resident, choose from one of the many Seaventure Summer Camps.

For Campers Ages 4-8:

This week is all about getting to know the special animals we call marine mammals. It will focus on art projects, games and animal interactions that teach them about our ocean friends.

It’s a Shelly World
(June 28th - July 2nd)
This week features the unique abilities and lives of animals that carry their homes with them. Hermit crabs, conchs, turtles and others will be highlighted in activities, crafts and games that are fun but still educational.

Animal Antics
(July 5th - July 9th )
Why do animals play hide-and-seek? Learn how animals find the best hiding places and explore animal camouflage as you check out all the ways whales, sharks, fish, dolphins and penguins blend in with their surroundings.

Planet Patrollers
(July 19th - 23rd)
Get ready for a global adventure! You will “travel” the world to discover intriguing information about the strangest places on Earth and the animals that live there. The week is full of arts & crafts & fun that make animals and world culture come alive.

For Campers Ages 9-14:

Marine Mammal Mania
(June 21st - June 25th & July 26th-30th )
It’s all about the pranksters of the ocean…dolphins, sea lions and other cool marine mammals. This week is jammed full of new animals and cool activities, including meeting a dolphin!

Nautical Navigation
(June 28th - July 2nd)
Join us for an amazing look at how different animals find their way around the ocean. From finding food in the dark, global migrations to even finding a mate, its all about knowing where you are at!

Adapt-A-What
(July 5th - July 9th )
From animals that produce electricity, to others that can change colors at a moments notice. This week introduces some animals that have the strangest adaptations in the animal kingdom.

Planet Patrollers
(July 19th - July 23rd)
Every continent has a unique environment that makes the animals found there special. Every day we will focus on a major continent highlighting the wondrous animals found only there.

SCUBA Camp Package $399

Dive into your summer with a SCUBA diver certification! Dolphin Encounters along with Bahama Divers is offering a great package to become a Certified PADI Diver. This two-part program includes 2½ days of classes at Dolphin Encounters and 2½ days of pool sessions and diving on reefs and wrecks with Bahama Divers. Lunches on Blue Lagoon included. Space is limited and bookings are on a first come first serve basis. Call for details.
